Delicious! So much flavour in every dish. We’ve ordered from here two times now, both times trying something different and the food is exceptional. We’ve tried beef, King prawns and chicken and all have been cooked to perfection. Highly recommended. Thai food at it’s best 👌

This is my go to spot in Bournemouth since the food is so amazing, the food gives me memories of Thailand and tastes very authentic. The service is welcoming and quick and has a family atmosphere that other restaurants don’t seem to have.

One of my most favorite Thai restaurant in Bournemouth. Sala Thai gives a feeling of original Thai taste which reminds me of Thailand. The foods are also tasty and fresh with reasonable price. If Thai food is your cup of tea and if you want to experience original authentic Thai taste, I would recommend you to try the foods at Sala Thai restaurant.

We have only used Sala Thai for takeaway. We tried them after the extortionate price increase on Tien Thai. I’m so glad we tried Sala Thai as their food is much nicer and more realistic pricing for a takeaway. I have a nut allergy and they were very attentive and helpful with this. I will carry on going to Sala Thai from now on and would recommend them to anyone who loves Thai. 😊😋
